Chaumian cash on bitcoin? Fedimint? Cashu? What's the deal?

For the first hour (-ish), Adam will give a presentation reviewing some background on:

• History of Chaumian-style ecash
• Different designs and tradeoffs; blind signatures; anonymized tokens
• Some info about Fedimint
• Some info about Cashu

This will include some technical background, for example basic cryptographic building blocks like blind signatures, DH key exchange, threshold signing, and potential attacks/weaknesses.

We may briefly experiment with sending and receiving coins (let's see).

For the rest of the period I hope to have a broader discussion in the group about how useful we think these technologies will prove to be in Bitcoin.
