昆虫食 Lunch in 浅草 — Eat Bugs, Talk Culture
Details
Let's Try Insect Food!
Experience the Dining Table of 2050!
Have you ever heard of the "Protein Crisis"?
By 2050, the global population is expected to hit 10 billion, meaning traditional livestock like beef, pork, and chicken simply won't be able to supply enough protein for us.
That’s where insects come in. Gram for gram, they have as much or even more protein than meat, along with essential amino acids, good fats, and iron.
Insect-based meals might become a normal part of our everyday diet sooner than we think.
So, let's go experience real insect food next sunday.
Venue & Menu Information:
The venue is a relaxing cafe in Asakusa. This cafe was beautifully renovated from a traditional Japanese house. The menu has creatively designed items, such as sweets and drinks, to lower any psychological barriers.

> *Note: Standard menu items without insects (such as regular sodas) are also fully available. If you are interested in other part except insect meals, you can simply enjoy the normal cafe items.
