Join us as we dive into the Project Management side of things to talk about The Iron Triangle.
The Iron Triangle is a project planning concept that goes back to at least the 1950s. We'll review what the triangle is and why you'll hear variations on it in every software shop. We'll then talk about whether modern Agile frameworks make the triangle irrelevant, or if we're bound by it still.
This presentation and discussion will be led by Alex Bernardin. Alex Bernardin is an Agilist, Project Manager, Photographer, Baker, and former developer. He's been contributing to building websites and web applications since 1996. Alex is currently Head of Project Management at Scribd, Inc.
