### With BiXXY Riders, our core values are three:
Providing a Safe Space to Enjoy Motorcycling
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment in the motorcycling community, with a focus on women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and other underrepresented groups. While we welcome allies of all kinds, these audiences are at the heart of BiXXY Riders.
Leading with Compassion, Friendliness, and Kindness
We believe in building a community grounded in compassion and respect. If you are not invested in protecting and uplifting our fellowship, this group is not the right fit for you.
Upholding a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Toxicity
Inclusivity is central to our identity, but it does not extend to expressions of bigotry, intolerance, or discrimination. We do not provide space for hate, "isms," phobias, or any behaviors that compromise a compassionate and empathetic community. If this expectation is unclear or you feel a need to debate this, there are many other motorcycle groups that may better align with your values.
