Exploring French Crepes Part 1

French Crepes is one of my favorite cuisines. Most cuisines all around the world make crepes in one form or another. In French cuisine, crepes used to be called pannequet, from which the word pancake is probably derived. A very thin pannequet looks like a wrinkled, fragile fabric, which we know as crepe, hence its name.
A French crepe is an unleavened, flat, thin pancake of cooked batter, which is used as a wrapper for another food. Crepes are usually of two types: sweet crepes (Crêpes), made with wheat flour and slightly sweetened, and savory crepes (Galettes), made with buckwheat flour and unsweetened.
So, we would like to introduce Breizh Crepes. This hidden delicious place is near Sathorn road.

How to go to Breizh Crepes:
By MRT: Stop at MRT Lumphini and take taxi or motorcycle to Soi Suanplu (Sathorn soi 3). Turn left when you see Suanplu soi 8. After 80 meter, it is on your right hand side ( just right opposite the Mingle condominium)

By Taxi/Car: Go to Soi Suanplu on Sathorn Road. Turn left when you see Suanplu soi 8. After 80 meter, it is on your right hand side ( just right opposite the Mingle condominium).
