Martial Arts Training – Boxing, Kick Training & Grappling

Join us for a free martial arts training session where we will practice boxing, kick training, and stand-up grappling in a friendly and structured environment. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, everyone is welcome to participate!

Training Activities:

Boxing training

Kick training
Stand-up grappling sparring
Stand-up submission grappling sparring

What to Bring:
Comfortable sportswear (no zippers or buttons to avoid injuries)

Water bottle and towel

Schedule:
11:00 – 11:10 → Meetup at the meeting point

11:10 – 11:15 → Individual warm-up

11:15 – 11:45 → Boxing & kick training

11:45 – 12:30 → Stand-up submission grappling sparring

Important Notes:
This event is completely free

Latecomers (after 11:10) cannot join

Participants must be respectful and cooperative. Anyone displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave
