### Detailed Itinerary
07:15 - 07:30: Early morning meet-up at PTT sanampao , BTS Sanampoa exit 2 . Depart for Saraburi with a briefing about the challenging trek ahead.
07:30 - 08:30: Travel directly to the starting point in Cham Sub-district, Kaeng Khoi.
08:30 - 15:30: Krok-E-Dok Waterfall Trekking Expedition (Total 6-7 Hours)
- Arrive at the trailhead and register with the local community enterprise.
- Important Briefing: Final check of gear, food, and water. Use restrooms here (last proper facility).
- Begin the challenging 6-hour round-trip jungle trek. The trail is demanding, with sections requiring climbing and the use of ropes.
- Hike to the magnificent waterfall, taking breaks as needed.
- Enjoy packed lunch and snacks at the waterfall, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
- Please Note: There are no bathrooms or any facilities along the trail or at the waterfall. Please prepare accordingly.
15:30 - 16:00: Regroup and drive to a basic local restaurant.
12:00 - 13:00: Enjoy a late lunch/early dinner (at your own expense) - a well-deserved meal after the long trek.
17:00 - 18:30: Begin the journey back to Bangkok, with an estimated arrival at BTS Mo Chit.
### Tour Information
- Price: 1,900 THB per person (Trip departs once 6 experienced hikers are confirmed).

### Mandatory Preparation & What to Bring
- Essential Gear: Sturdy hiking shoes, backpack, raincoat
- Food & Water: 2-3 liters of water (minimum), energy snacks
- Health & Safety: Personal medication, first aid kit, flashlight/headlamp
- Insect & Leech Protection: Strong insect repellent and leech socks (ถุงทาก) are highly recommended, especially during the rainy season.
- Personal Items: Change of clothes, towel, sunscreen
- Important: Use restrooms at the starting point - no facilities during the 6-hour trek.
### ⚠️ Important Health & Safety Advisory
Please be advised that the trail is home to leeches and insects, especially during the rainy season.
We strongly recommend:
- Leech Socks (ถุงทาก): The most effective protection against leeches. Please prepare your own.
- Strong Insect Repellent: Apply to skin and clothing before starting the trek.
- Wear Long Sleeves & Long Pants: Tuck your pants into your leech socks for maximum protection.
### Fitness Level & Requirements
- Required: Excellent physical condition and previous hiking experience
- Not Suitable For: Children, elderly, pregnant women, or people with health conditions
- Weather Dependent: Tour may be cancelled in case of heavy rain for safety reasons
