We're at BiggestLab new offices in Liberty Plaza:

These events are a good chance to catch-up with friends and colleagues, and to learn about new and emerging technologies as well as classic systems and approaches.
This month: “AI-Ready Data for Spec-Driven Development”
presented by Professor Dr. Roland Petrasch.
Often, we build AI applications 'around' an LLM - but we should be building them 'around' data.
Spec-driven development for AI applications must specify more than code behavior - it must specify the data the AI processes, since the application's core function (e.g., fact extraction from legal documents) depends on it.
This presentation argues that data quality requirements belong in the specification itself, alongside functional and architectural requirements: what input data is acceptable, what quality thresholds apply, and how input and reference data are measured.
It examines the architectural decisions that follow from these DQ requirements - RAG, RAG-graph, ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, hypergraphs, semantic data models, dynamic routing, judge patterns, and result merging - and how each implies different data quality demands.
The presentation redefines what "data quality" means in the AI/LLM era, moving beyond classical DQ dimensions to address relevance, groundedness, and fitness for generative use.
Attendees can gain hands-on experience and leave with a practical set of questions for their AI application specifications and a framework for selecting an architecture based on data quality requirements - not the other way around.
A big "thank you" to our sponsor, biggestlab.io for sponsoring Pizza Mania pizzas (best in BKK) so we can enjoy the gathering event more!
We look forward to seeing you there!
