1. Your friends (more fun when practice together)

2. Towel (1 Little of sweat )

3. Water

4. Training wraps : see below ( this allow you to punch better without injury, and your partner can also protect their hand incase you punch too hard!! )

(If you don't have one, you can buy it on the spot 200 bath each for high quality training hand wrap.)
