BKKSci Social

Bangkok Scientifique is a monthly gathering for people who enjoy science, ideas and good conversation. Usually we invite someone to give a talk. This time, we are keeping it simple and having a social instead.

There has been plenty to talk about lately: the eclipse, the latest news from space, AI creeping further into science, and the usual mix of discoveries that sound either amazing or slightly made up when you first read them.

Bring along something you have read, watched or been wondering about. It does not have to be a major breakthrough, and you do not need to explain it properly. Half the fun is working things out together.
Or just come for a drink and a chat. BKKSci has always been as much about the people who turn up as the subject of the evening.

Regulars and first-timers are very welcome. You do not need to be a scientist, work in science, or prepare anything in advance. Just be interested.
