The two great speakers were really inspiring and interesting to listen to. It is just a shame that time always runs on and people start leaving half way through the second presentation. This is by no means a reflection on who is talking, but must be really off putting when you are only half way through! If tighter time frames throughout could be kept, with a definite start time of 7pm prompt for the first speaker, instead of around 7.45, then I think this would be a fantastic event. Most people have come straight from work and although having a beer and a chat is all part of the evening, giving some respect to the speakers that have put a lot of time and effort into coming up to Manchester to share their experiences should come first. If the attendees know that they can get home in time to put the kids to bed, or have something to eat before midnight without missing half of the presentation, then I think it would be a better night for all.

No. The day of BLAB will always change. That's just down to the availability of the venue I'm afraid.

How do I add my plus one? It didn't give me the option this time?
Do I just buy a second ticket?

Is raw creativity being sidelined by extreme technological wizardly or does it nurture and progress it?
Personally i think it is a bit of both with more of an emphasis on raw creativity, lets say 65% to 40%. What do you think?
