Welcome to the Imbodied. This is a space to show up as you are while connecting with yourself others through movement. In an art show where each person is a part of the final masterpiece, our collective will be meditating, listening in and talking to our bodies, and using what's inside of us to create shared joy and inner peace through dance.

Come ready to move and groove with your comfiest clothes on and be ready for self-reflection, meeting new people, and having fun!
