Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue

Details

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will be performing Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin, described as a sort of an effervescent mix of jazz and classical music.

The concert will also feature a performance of Gould's Latin-American Symphonette and Angélica Negrón’s For everything you keep losing, a gripping elegy for lost sounds and incorporates birdsong, whale calls, sounds of forests and oceans.

Please note, we will not be seated together to allow everyone to choose their own seating preference but will meet before the show at 7-7:20PM in the bar and cafe area closest to the front entrance stairwell. Feel free to bring a friend or two!
