Getting back into it

I have been out for several months with some health issues and scheduling conflicts, but in truth the lack of routine has led to some discipline issues and it's time to can the excuses and get back into it.
We will start back up with some wing chun working from the inside position. For this no gear is needed, everything will be light contact as I'm just now getting back into it. Thanks to Gil and Aaron for keeping on me and helping out with offering to cover.
