BFWS: Women, Race, and Class (Pt. 1)

In "Black Feminism, Womanism, and Spirituality," we will create a book club focused on the intersection of women's empowerment and advocacy through readings on Black feminism, womanism, and spirituality.

Women, Race and Class is written by Angela Davis. She covers U.S. history from the slave trade and abolitionism movements to the women's liberation movements which began in the 1960s.
