## £12 Deposit Policy

To secure your place, a £12 deposit per person is required when you RSVP.

• £10 will be deducted from your restaurant bill on the day (or put towards your booking where applicable).
• £2 contributes towards organiser and administration costs, including booking management, payment processing and the running of the group.

### Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event. This allows us enough time to adjust the restaurant booking or offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

• ✅ Cancel 48 hours or more before the event: Your full £12 deposit will be refunded.
• ❌ Cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not attend: Your deposit is non-refundable, as the restaurant booking will already have been confirmed and charges may apply.
