Cannon Hill Park Meet Up

Hi Everyone!

Join us for our first Black Girls Brum event at Cannon Hill Park on 12th July 2025! This event is designed for black women to come together in a safe and supportive space to get to know each another and start building this community.

It's a low-pressure event where we will get to know each other whilst on a beautiful leisurely walk in the park.

We'll meet in front of the restaurant inside the MAC, you can't miss me as I will be wearing a pink hat!

Don't worry, if you're not used to walking as it is a mainly flat park that should suit most fitness ranges.

Let me know if you have any injuries or issues that I should be aware of.

Make sure to bring:
1. A hat - to provide shade from the sun
2. Wear your sunscreen! As an Aesthetic doctor, I have to advocate for this!
3. A bottle of water
4. Appropriate shoes such as trainers or hiking boots
5. A snack if you want
6. Good vibes!

We might end up in the coffee shop afterwards depending on how people are feeling.
