BGWB Outing: The Big Read Closing Ceremony

Let’s attend the closing ceremony The Gantt Center's "The Big Rea" program. The night will feature a talk with Homegoing author Yaa Gyasi. The talk will be moderated by Dr. Valerie Kinloch, president of Johnson C. Smith University. Drums 4 Life will usher in the spirit and energy of Ghana through their electrifying performances. The evening will also include several students who will highlight their winning poetry and art. The talk begins at 6:30.

For those interested, we can go for dinner afterwards. This event is in Charlotte, but opening the event up to the RDU crew as well!
