
What we’re about
Black men are underrepresented in hiking, which has tremendous health benefits. Walking outdoors boosts mood, enhances endurance, and helps stabilize our circadian rhythms. Once a week we will hike at a park near D.C., join us for fellowship, as we seek to sharpen our minds and bodies and cultivate connections.
