We will open with an astrological update, exploring how this Full Moon highlights nervous system health, energetic hygiene, and the places where gentle order can restore balance. Virgo teaches us that tending the small things is an act of reverence.

The ritual will be grounding and body-centered, focused on energetic cleansing and nervous system regulation. Through breath, intention, and ritual practice, we will release excess, recalibrate internal rhythms, and restore sacred order within. This is a night for those feeling depleted, overstimulated, or ready to recommit to themselves as a living altar.
