What we’re about
For Professional Black Women Who Are Carrying a Lot — Quietly
You are accomplished. Reliable. The one who gets things done.
You show up at work, at home, in leadership — and people assume you’re fine. And still, you may be holding grief, fatigue, pressure, or unspoken weight with nowhere safe to put it.
The Sister Empowerment Listening Circle is a free, confidential online space for professional Black women who want to exhale — without explaining, fixing, coaching, or performing strength.
This is not therapy.
This is not networking.
This is not a discussion group.
It is a listening circle grounded in deep, compassionate listening, shared humanity, and respect for silence.
Why should professional Black women choose this space?
You are heard, not advised, analysed, or corrected
You don’t need to be articulate, positive, or “on”
You may speak, sit in silence, or simply witness
The space is peer-led, gently structured, and held with care. No hierarchy. No fixing. No expectations. Low-pressure way to join.
You are invited to attend one session first, then decide if the circle feels right for you. If you continue, the circle meets fortnightly with a small, consistent group (maximum 10 women) to protect trust, confidentiality, and depth.
🖥 Online | Thursdays (fortnightly)
🗓 Starting 15 January 2026 (all circles need 4 people in attendance for circle to be held)
⏰ 6:00 – 7:30 pm
