Reclaiming Sexuality: Healing, Freedom, Confidence, & Choice

Details
For many Black survivors of religious trauma, sexuality was not just policed—it was shamed, silenced, and buried beneath layers of holiness & sanctification doctrine, purity culture, and spiritual manipulation. In this support space, we’ll hold gentle and honest conversations around reclaiming sexuality after religious harm.
This is not about anyone telling you how to be sexual—it’s about you remembering that your body, your desires, and your choices are yours. We’ll explore how religious control disrupted our ability to feel safe, whole, and empowered in our own skin—and we’ll hold space for each other as we navigate what it looks like to heal, define sexuality on our terms, and feel more confident in the process.
Whether you're in the early stages of healing or further along your journey, this group is a space for Black survivors to reflect, express, and reconnect with the freedom to feel, to choose, and to be fully human, especially in the area of sexuality.
Come as you are. You are not broken. You are becoming.
