Good morning, Black Run ππΎββοΈ ππΎββοΈ Fam!!! I hope your week has started well and seeing this post makes it that much more better π.
We will be heading back to the beautiful Brook Run Park! We will gather at 8:00am and will begin our run at 8:10am. Be ready for a great workout (whether you run or walk). There MAY be a couple βinclinesβ π, but nothing we canβt handle together πͺπΎ. All fitness levels (kids, walkers, joggers, and runners) are welcome! No one will be left behind.
**NOTE:
It is incredibly important to HYDRATE throughout the week!
Our runs are typically 30 - 40 minutes long. Though our distance is around 3 miles, we typically run 15 - 20 minutes in and out.
