Heeyyy, my beautiful Black Run fam!!! We had an AMAZING hike this morning!! I’m so thankful to each and every one of you for making this group so freakin’ awesome!!💚☺️ It would be nothing without you!💯

We will be taking a couple weeks off for holiday traveling and then on Saturday, December 6th we’ll get back to doing what we do best! We’re heading over to our beautiful Arabia Mountain for a good run and some breathtaking views!

We’ll gather at 8:00am and begin our run at 8:15am. Be ready for a GREAT run (or walk, if you prefer) and hike up the mountain, with laughs and good conversation. All fitness levels welcome! No one will be left behind.

Please take time to map the distance to the location so that you can show up a little early. If you’re running a little late, please let us know here on MeetUp. Cell phone internet service can be spotty in the parking lot.

**NOTE:
It is always extremely important that you hydrate throughout the week.
Our runs are typically 30 - 40 minutes long. Though our distance is around 3 miles, we typically run 15 - 20 minutes in and out.
