Good morning, Black Run fam!!!🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️ It’s been a minute while life has been life-ing!!😌 I hope you all have been good…keeping up with your goals…focusing on enjoying life. We miss you all!!!💯 It’s time to get back in there!

Come out and meet us as we head over to one of our favorite spots…the lovely Carter Center trail. It’s one of the ones with a great Farmer’s Market that we enjoy after our run. Be ready for a great workout, fresh air, and plenty of laughter. Great way to start your weekend!

We’ll gather at 8:00am and begin our run around 8:10am. As always, it will be a great run (or walk, if you prefer). ALL fitness levels are welcome! No one will be left behind.💯

**NOTE:

  1. Our runs are purposefully broken up into groups, and contain brief stops to make sure no one is left behind.
  2. It’s warm 🥵 outside. It is very important that you hydrate throughout the week.
  3. Our runs are typically 30 - 40 minutes long. Though our distance is 3 miles, we typically run 15 - 20 minutes in and out.
