In this flavor-packed, hands-on class, we will master the core techniques of Italian cooking. A Sur La Table chef instructor will walk us through the foundations of pasta, poultry, salad, and dessert—skills we'll use again and again in any cuisine. We’ll learn to make creamy carbonara the traditional way, crisp up chicken for bright, buttery piccata, balance flavors in a shaved fennel and pear salad, and finish with a rich chocolate budino topped with whipped cream.
