Join me for a culinary adventure as we tour the globe with over 400 spices, 180 proprietary blends, locally sourced products as well as artisanal products from around the world. We’ll learn all about spices, how to purchase them, whole vs. ground, how to keep your spices fresh, choosing the best grinding techniques, and whether to cook with whole spices or ground.
We’ll get to taste, sample, and have access to Savory Spices’ in-home recipe collection to inspire your creativity. We'll travel to the Low Country, the South, the Heartland, the Great Plains, Africa, and the Middle East.
As a special treat, there will be prepared recipes for sampling during the tour.
