Let’s come together as African-American women to exchange thoughts, ideas, build a supportive community & create friendships in the name of Self-care & Wellness!

Cocoa & Conversations will include:

• Self care review
• Gratitude circle
• Wellness tips exchange
• Guided meditation & visualization

Cost: $12 (covers the cost of the hot chocolate bar/station, snacks & activities/materials)
