Black Girls Day Off

Queens! Come Join Us! This Saturday we are honoring the Global Day of Black Girls Day Off! Black Girls Day Off is a day dedicated to encouraging black women to take a mental day off to focus on their emotional well-being.

To honor this special day dedicated to us we will be hosting a Yoga class sponsored by Chicago State University!

The class begins at 10am. It is $15 payable on the day of class. We will also have hula hooping incorporated into some of the other classes.

Other class dates are 10/18 & 10/25 and will be led by The Galavanting Bae, Nicole Goss, who will be teaching Hula Hooping.

The location is at A Gift of Hope, 7936 South Cottage Grove, Chicago, Ill 60619. This is one of Chicago State University's satellite locations.
