Exhale: A Reset for Black Women Caregivers

Details

You’ve been carrying it all week.

The appointments. The meals. The medications. The bills. The late-night “just checking” calls.
From the outside, you look like you’ve got it handled. Inside, you’re tired—not nap-tired, but soul-tired.

This is your moment to breathe.
Exhale is a gentle, guided space created for Black women caregivers—the daughters, sisters, aunties, and partners who love deeply, give endlessly, and rarely get time for themselves.

In this 45-minute virtual gathering, you’ll:

  • Release some of the emotional weight you’ve been holding in your body
  • Learn one rest ritual you can use immediately, even in a full caregiving schedule
  • Reclaim a small pocket of time that belongs to you—without guilt
  • Feel what it’s like to be cared for, instead of always doing the caring

You’ll leave with:

  • A calmer nervous system
  • Boundaries that feel doable this week
  • A short plan to protect your peace
  • A reminder that you are more than the care you give

💜 Come as you are. Camera off if you want. Pajamas welcome.
This is your room.
