Join us for an afternoon of deep restoration and connection through, a Yin yoga and meditation experience led by Dr. Nneka.This gentle yet powerful practice focuses on the sacral chakra—the centre of emotions, creativity, sensuality, and relationships.
Through slow, mindful postures, we will release blocked energy in the hips and pelvic region, creating space for emotional healing, creative flow, and deeper self-expression. Societal pressures, racialised experiences, and personal trauma can shape how feel in our bodies and express our desires. This practice offers a safe container to gently unravel those blocks, supporting reproductive health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Guided by curated sounds to deepen your experience, this session is an invitation to soften, release, and reconnect with joy, pleasure, and your authentic self.

About Dr. Nneka
Dr. Nneka is a London-based yoga teacher and PhD scientist (Respiratory Medicine) with a passion for improving health outcomes within Black and Brown communities through movement practices. She discovered Yin yoga four years ago and immediately connected with its emotional and transformative potential. She will hold space for your journey, blending science, mindfulness, and ancestral wisdom to restore balance from within.
