Join us at for the, Sushi is EVERYTHING!!!!! cooking session where you will learn to make delicious sushi rolls. This class is hosted by Blackbox Kitchen and The Hallway Tap & Brew. Chef Taciana will guide you through the skills to create sushi that will change your take out game. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or just looking to enjoy a new experience, this event is perfect for you. You will prepare a roll that is exceptional for the raw sushi and cooked sushi lover. Chef Taciana will provide instruction step by step of rice making, inside out, and reverse rolls. To ready your appetite the the session will begin with a Welcome Pour/Beverage and Edamame Gyoza Steamed Dumplings!
The Hallway Tap and Brew is located in Downtown Hollywood Florida. Come and join this hands on experience with us and your instructor Chef Taciana.
Session Menu:
Salmon Sunshine Roll
Seasoned sushi rice, toasted nori, raw salmon, daikon radish, cucumber, cabbage , scallion, and mango.
Shrimp & Asparagus Roll
sushi rice, nori, cooked shrimp, asparagus, daikon, and avocado
