What we’re about

Would you like to join a walking group but you would like something gentle? Perhaps you have been ill and wish to build up your strength, or have you not been able to get out much and need to build up stamina slowly? Or you may just enjoy a slower pace. This group may be good for those suffering from chronic pain or conditions , yet still want to stay active. The aim of this group is to go on gentle walks, 1 to 3 miles. All ages welcome. Chats and refreshment stops may be included.
