### What to Expect

Our gatherings are relaxed, informal, and secular (non-religious). People of all ages and backgrounds are warmly welcome.
We begin by sitting in a circle and briefly introducing ourselves, creating a sense of connection and ease.
From there, we usually pair up or form small groups to share and listen. Each person has the chance to speak while the other listens with openness, respect, and no judgment. You’re always free to share as much or as little as you like, including simply listening.
We come back together at the end for optional reflections or quiet time.
This is a light, welcoming space. While meaningful topics can arise, the atmosphere is intended to be pleasant, human, and not overly serious.
Grounded in:

  • Presence over pressure
  • Understanding over advice-giving or fixing
  • Compassion over criticism
  • Honesty over pretense

A place to be heard, to listen, and to connect.

### About the Organiser

This group is facilitated by someone with a personal interest in healing, forgiveness, and understanding the mind. Their perspective is shaped by lived experience with chronic illness, challenges with work and belonging, and an ongoing journey with self-love and self-forgiveness.
They have explored authentic relating and spirituality, while remaining grounded in a secular, philosophical approach.
The intention is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space rooted in shared human experience.
