Let's link up for convo and cocktails at one of our favorite spots in town, Mama Koko's in Old Goucher. Mama Koko's is a Black woman-owned cafe-cocktail bar hybrid which makes you feel like you're home.
We'll build connections, share some laughs, and support one of the more exciting Black-owned venues in Baltimore.
This is a free hangout but any donations you'd like to make for the group are welcome. This goes towards things like Meetup site costs, trinkets and random gifts for these sorts of hangouts. Blackout seeks to create a third place where Black Folks 25 years and above, woman and man, tall and short, introverted and extroverted can be free to be themselves, form deeper connections, while having all of the fun.
