Aaron is an accomplished Ethical Hacker with 17+ years within IT industry and 13 years of industry experience within cybersecurity, with a passion for delivering exceptional performance and strong leadership. He has consistently demonstrated service leadership throughout college and his professional career by giving back to the Cybersecurity Community through over a decade of volunteering, event coordination, lecturing, and other activities and worked with other established tech organizations such as ATL BLCK Tech, BSides, DefCon, EFF, OWASP, etc. 

His latest project is founding BlackHack Society, Home for Ethical Hackers, whose mission is to raise a New Generation of Ethical Hackers from diverse cultural backgrounds and is currently the 3rd largest minority focused cybersecurity professional community in the United States.
