Sunrise Hike & Yoga Flow - Baldwin Hills Overlook

Start your Saturday with intention and community! 🌅 Join @BlkOutsiiide, @HikingHotties_LA, @GetFitCrish, and @In2Pink for a Sun Salutation–themed sunrise hike + yoga session at the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook.
We’ll meet bright and early at 6:00 AM, hike to the overlook, and flow through an energizing yoga session led by Crish and friends. Afterward, enjoy time to connect, stretch, and soak in the views. Expect a mix of movement, mindfulness, and good vibes with LA’s best hiking and wellness crews.
