Mindful Walking & Connection in Hyde Park

Slow down, breathe, and be. Join us on Sunday, July 20th for a gentle, mindful walk through Hyde Park. Rest, reflect and connect with nature and each other.

We’ll move at a slow and steady pace, soaking in the surroundings, walking with intention, and ending at the beautiful Serpentine Pavilion for light refreshments and conversation.

Meeting Point: Marble Arch entrance
Time: 1:30pm – 3:00pm
Duration: 30 minutes walk + time to rest and chat
No experience with mindful walking is needed. Just come as you are.

The route stays mostly shaded and flat, ideal for relaxed walking and conversation.
