Mindful Walking & Connection: Regent's Park to Primrose Hill

Slow down, breathe, and be. Join us on Sunday, September 21st for a gentle, mindful walk through Regent's Park. Rest, reflect and connect with nature and each other. We’ll move at a slow and steady pace, soaking in the surroundings and walking with intention. Stay after the walk to chat more and get something light to eat.

Meeting Point: Regent's Park Station
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Duration: 45 minute walk + time to rest and chat

No experience with mindful walking is needed. Just come as you are.
