Friends!!! I hope you're doing well. 2025 has definitely been lifin'! From the LA wildfires to the political turmoil in our country, it has been one unfortunate event after another. I don't know about you, but I need to take a moment to EXHALE. Let's take one deep collective breath together: 1, 2, 3, EXHALE.
We can't stop there; we have work to do on November 4. We must vote! Your vote matters, my vote matters! Let's go vote either in person or by mail; either way, VOTE by 7:59 PM on November 4.
Pledge your commitment to vote by RSVP'ing for this event.
Important information to know is below:
- This is not an actual event; this is a pledge to vote by November 4!
- Step 1: Register for this event to let your BE friends know that you are planning to vote!
- Step 2: Register to vote and/or check if you are already registered to vote.
- Step 3: Find your polling place at least a week before November 4 if you plan to vote in person.
- Step 4: STUDY YOUR BALLOT! An informed voter is a powerful voter. If you need a voter guide, please ask BE friends about which guides they use in BE WhatsApp group or in the comment section of this event.
- Step 5: VOTE by mail or in person
- Step 6: Share your selfie with your "I voted sticker" in the Black Everywhere Long Beach, Oakland, San Diego, or Los Angeles WhatsApp Group by 7:59 PM on November 4.
