Outdoor Deck Yoga (LA)

Hey Black LA Fam,

We at it again! Come through for a day of sunshine and nature while unwinding with Yoga through movement and breath work.

What to Bring: Water, Yoga, Mat, An Open Mind + Heart
[The center has yoga mats available to be borrowed if needed.]

What to Wear: Anything that allows you to move comfortably and without restriction.

Suggested: Do not eat a heavy meal right before doing Yoga.
*Arrive early: 12 spots available on deck are first come, first serve and all others will participate on the grass.*

There will be snacks + refreshments available [arranged especially for Black LA!] after class so those who are interested can stay and partake.
