Take a stroll with Black Philadelphia!
Join the crew as we stroll along picturesque gardens in Jenkins Arboretum! We'll explore the 1.2-mile paved, wood chip, or turf paths, which should take an hour and some change to complete. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the garden. Service animals are welcome to join you.

8:45 a.m. - Meet and Greet at the picnic tables near the parking lot
9:00 a.m. - WE ARE LEAVING! Not kidding...don't miss us!
10:15 a.m. - End of stroll (approximately)
THIS EVENT IS CONTINGENT UPON THE WEATHER & WILL ONLY BE CANCELED SHOULD THERE BE LIGHTNING OR ICE.
DETAILS
This is a nice way to recharge and a great event to talk to and get to know other members.
Bring a bottle of water and sunscreen. Bug spray is also helpful, but not usually necessary. Bring your EpiPen or inhaler too (better safe than sorry).
This is a fairly quiet area that is frequented by the occasional jogger or walker. Just be aware of your surroundings.
There is a small parking, so please arrive by 8:45am.
