Healing after religious trauma is rarely linear.
Some days may feel empowering and freeing. Other days may feel confusing, heavy, lonely, or exhausting. At different points in the journey, survivors may find themselves navigating shame, grief, anger, identity shifts, people-pleasing, fear, boundary-setting, family tension, spiritual confusion, or the deep work of rebuilding trust in themselves.
And sometimes, healing looks like simply pausing long enough to ask:
“Where am I right now?”

This support group gathering is intended to create space for honest reflection and compassionate conversation about where we currently are in our healing journeys.

Together, we will explore:

  • What we are presently navigating or working through
  • Areas where healing may still feel difficult or tender
  • The growth, progress, and breakthroughs we may overlook
  • What we are learning, reclaiming, or unlearning in this season
  • The realities of healing that often go unseen or unspoken

This will be a gentle and supportive check-in space for survivors to reflect on both the challenges and victories that can exist simultaneously throughout recovery.
Whether you are:

  • setting boundaries for the first time,
  • grieving community loss,
  • learning about religious trauma and cult dynamics,
  • reconnecting with yourself,
  • reclaiming your voice,
  • or simply trying to make sense of where you are now…

you are welcome here.
You are not required to share. You are invited to participate at your own pace.
Come as you are.
There is no “perfect” way to heal.
