Bringing Black Equity to the Corporate Structure

Black Leaders Accelerating Community, LLC is focused on advancing racial equity and inclusion within organizational and institutional structures. In this talk, we will discuss our core functional areas of involvement including consultation using data analytics, coaching/mentoring, and talent sourcing as well as our vision for improving our representation throughout the corporate structure. We also have an approach to improving the diversity of representation in STEM and computer science through community improvement initiatives focused in the primary and secondary school.
