#### Workshop - The Feedback Effect

Feedback is key for high-performing Agile teams, yet many professionals avoid giving it due to discomfort and anxiety. This avoidance creates a costly cycle: we miss critical opportunities for growth, our feedback skills stagnate, and our teams suffer from reduced psychological safety and performance. This interactive workshop transforms feedback from an uncomfortable necessity into a powerful tool for team growth and individual development. Through proven frameworks, deliberate practice, and a supportive learning environment, participants will build confidence and competence in both giving and receiving feedback effectively.
