This workshop focuses on “paying it forward” as a deliberate leadership strategy—transforming individual success into collective growth. Participants will learn how to recognize and sponsor talent, share knowledge without diminishing their own influence, and build a culture where generosity drives innovation and retention.

The session highlights practical tools for mentoring across generations, advocating for underrepresented voices, and leveraging influence to create lasting organizational change. Using interactive exercises, real-world examples, and peer dialogue, attendees will leave with actionable steps to make their leadership ripple outward, shaping stronger teams and more inclusive workplaces.
