What we’re about

Outdoor, beginner through intermediate Tai Chi (Taijiquan) instruction and practice. A health-focused approach to martial arts (although partnered practice is not aggressive) and a daily movement practice which you can improve (and which can improve you!) for the rest of your life.
Whether you're looking for moving meditation, improving existing martial skill, healthy aging, fall prevention, or simply community; Tai Chi has something for everyone!

*note: There are notes for use cases on each listing. None of these are necessary but all are, individually and collectively, extremely helpful for health in general, learning to move "more correctly," building a "Tai chi body," and getting in a quick, low-cost, high-ROI workout.
