Enjoy an evening of cards, laughing, and conversation with friendly women! We will play either or both games, depending on tonight’s mood. (This is a monthly event.) Beginners are welcome!

ABOUT BID EUCHRE … It’s a strategic card game played in teams of two, with four (or six) players per table. This is the game where the jacks (bauers) have special powers. If you don’t know how to play, we will partner you up with someone who does so you can learn.

ABOUT HEARTS … It's a simple card game. Four players per table. Each woman is playing for her own individual score. Your goal is to take the fewest points possible. Each heart is worth 1 point, and the queen of spades is worth 13. If you manage to take all 26 points in a round, this is called "shooting the moon," and you get to subtract 26 points from your total instead, or ::: evil chuckle ::: add 26 points to everyone else's score.
