ABOUT GAYE ADEGBALOLA …..
Gaye has made her living (and won many major awards) in the blues community, with the distinction of being an out and proud lesbian. She's been a favorite at women's music festivals as a solo act as well as with her all-women group Saffire-The Uppity Blues Women. Her reputation as a "gettin' lit and talkin' smack" entertainer is legendary.
