TONIGHT'S PROGRAM .....
“Turbo gratitude” — making the effort to remember and tell stories from any time in our lives which are great examples of what we have to be grateful for, be it people, animal companions, experiences, achievements, lessons learned, something about yourself, or random wonderfulness.

TIME .....
We gather, settle in, and informally socialize from 6:30-7:00. The structured presentation/discussion begins at 7pm sharp. Please allow time to park, find the MAMA office, and to get inside if you’ve never been there before. We wrap up at 8:30.

SOARING SUCCESS & INSPIRATION GROUP .....
You are invited to join with other women to discuss where YOU find inspiration and how YOU create success. Whether you are currently enjoying a triumph, working on goals, struggling with a block, pondering what to do, or trying to find your muse, come and share your experiences. A time for introspection and sharing... we will learn from each other's stories and strategies. Each month a different topic. Everyone has a chance to speak and to listen. (These sessions are facilitated by Sonya, who launched this BLAST group in 2014 and has hosted ever since.)

• Respectful listening skills and willingness to be supportive

• Feel free to bring dinner if you're coming right from work

We are meeting at the office of our partner organization, Mothers Against Murderers Association (MAMA). Suite 117 is on the first floor towards back, northwest in parking lot from Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
